Maintenance for Permanent Natural Dreadlocks

For Existing dreadlock wearers, you will need maintenance done every 6-12 weeks. The younger the dreadlocks, the more often maintenance is needed. I will separate the sections, and use a crochet hook to tighten up all the grown out loose hairs back into their appropriate section so they look neat and tidy with no flyaway hairs. If you neglect to do this, your dreadlocks and sectioning can begin to blend together and look awful. I can also tighten any loose hairs from the body of the dreadlock all the way down to the tip/end of the dreadlocks.
NEW Install / Maintenance for Temporary Braid-in Synthetic Dread Extensions

Temporary synthetic dreadlocks will need to be reinstalled every 8 weeks maximum as your hair grows out. These are temporary Dreadlocks made out of synthetic plastic that are braided into regular non-dreaded hair near the roots. They will need to be reinstalled every 8 weeks maximum as your hair grows out. These are more budget friendly because they are not made with human hair. They are not permanent and easy to take out so you can switch between normal hair and dreadlocks easily. There are double ended extensions which double your volume by adding 2 dreads to 1 section of hair, or single ended which will only attach 1 dreadlock to 1 section of hair.
NEW Install for Permanent Natural Dreadlocks / Extensions

By using your natural hair we can make permanent dreadlocks that will need maintenance every 6-12 weeks. The younger the dreads, the more often maintenance is needed. If you'd like to add some length to your natural dreadlocked hair, we can attach human hair dread extensions to the ends/tips of your natural dreads. Human Hair extensions will be more costly than synthetic extensions. You will not be able to use synthetic hair extensions with this option. If your natural hair is permanently Dreadlocked, I can only use human hair to extend the dreads, not synthetic. If you try to permanently combine your natural dreadlocks with synthetic hair, it will not last long. It does not properly bond like human hair will. If you want synthetic dreadlocks, you will have to use the “temporary braid-in synthetic hair extensions” option.
