Maintenance for Dreadlocks

For permanent dreadlock wearers, you will need maintenance done every 6-12 weeks. The younger the dreadlocks, the more often maintenance is needed. I will separate the sections, and use a crochet hook to tighten up all the grown out loose hairs back into their appropriate section so they look neat and tidy with no flyaway hairs. If you neglect to do this, your dreadlocks and sectioning can begin to blend together and look awful. I can also tighten any loose hairs from the body of the dreadlock all the way down to the tip/end of the dreadlocks.

Please take a ruler and measure exactly how long your longest strands of hair are from root to tip.
